Dr. Jessica Rose Bruso D.O.
Meet Dr. Bruso
Dr. Bruso provides comprehensive electrodiagnostic studies. She is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and brings years of expertise in evaluating nerve and musculoskeletal disorders, with a focused practice in electromyography and nerve conduction studies.
A Sebastopol native, Dr. Bruso is proud to serve the community where she grew up. She earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from UC Davis, where she was also a collegiate track and field athlete. She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007, completed her internship at UC Davis Medical Center in 2008, and finished her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UC Davis Medical Center in 2011.
Now raising her two boys alongside her husband here in Sonoma County, Dr. Bruso is deeply committed to supporting the health and well-being of her community—both as a physician and as a parent.
Dr. Mette Hansen
Meet Dr. Hansen
Dr Hansen. provides expert electrodiagnostic testing for nerve and musculoskeletal conditions. She is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has extensive experience in electromyography and nerve conduction studies.
Originally from Hawai’i, Dr. Hansen earned her BA from University of Hawai’i, then her medical degree at UCLA. She completed her residency at the West Los Angeles VA/UCLA program, where she served as Chief Resident. She worked in private practice in Los Angeles and later in St George Utah, before joining Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa in 2010.
Now part of North Coast Physical Medicine, Dr. Hansen brings her clinical expertise and commitment to compassionate care to the Sonoma County community. Outside of medicine, she and her partner are ocean sports enthusiasts, and she also loves gardening and home remodeling.

1) Obtain prior authorization for ALL of the following CPT codes:
• Office Visit Codes: 99203, 99204
• EMG Codes: 95885, 95886
• Nerve Conduction Study Codes: 95908, 95909, 95910, 95911, 95912, 95913
2) Fax this prior authorization along with a copy of the patient’s ID and insurance card and your most recent progress note letting me know your clinical question to 707-225-3530
